Coaching and Collaboration
Our coaching and collaboration package offers workshops, job-embedded support and development of small working groups to transform teaching and learning practices. All sessions within this package is provided through culturally relevant practices and it is customized to a school or district's area of focus.
Equity Audits and Support
An Equity Audit is "a study of the fairness of an institution’s policies, programs, and practices" (MAEC Inc.). In this process, we will gather qualitative data by talking to people within your community, co-visit teaching environments and review teacher observations and curriculum. A detailed report of qualitative and quantitative analysis will be provided with proposed supports and/or resources.
Workshops
Workshops are standalone sessions provided in person or virtually, and typically runs 2-7 hours per session and based on school/district‘s focus or selected area of need.
